Ed-Fi : Course Publishing Fix: PSEO and Post-Secondary Courses Now Republish Successfully

Resolved a defect causing deletion or “Deletion Error” when republishing Post-Secondary or PSEO courses. The publishing process now completes correctly, ensuring data consistency between PowerSchool and state systems.

Ed-Fi: Fixed an issue where republishing discipline records from the student’s publishing page caused the records to be deleted instead of republished.

Publishing discipline records from a student’s publishing page was resulting in record deletions due to a composite key mismatch in the package. This issue affected users attempting to republish STUDENTDISCIPLINEINCIDENTBEHAVIORASSOCIATIONS records directly from the student publishing interface. With this fix, discipline records will now correctly republish from the student’s publishing page without being deleted. For records that are already in a deletion error state, a one-time cleanup script can be executed to remove invalid entries before republishing from the DEX dashboard. This update ensures consistent publishing behavior and data integrity for student discipline records.
