A new dropdown field named Collage Code Ed-Fi has been added to the Direct Pay Course page. This dropdown contains the same values as the Collage Course Ed-Fi dropdown on the College Course Page, ensuring consistency and accuracy when processing payments.

The following updates are made to the report

• The new Use of Reasonable Force reporting requirements are added to the report as follows:

  • The reasonableForceUsed data element is add when the Participant Role is Offender and the Participant Attribute Code of ‘(DIRS) Reasonable Force Used code^’ is selected.

  • The reasonableForceRole data element is added when the Participant Role is Offender and the Participant Attribute Code of ‘(DIRS) Reasonable Force Role^’ is selected.

  • The reasonableForceUsedVictim data element is add when the Participant Role is Victim and the Participant Attribute Code of ‘(DIRS) Reasonable Force Used code^’ is selected.

  • The reasonableForceRoleVictim data element is added when the Participant Role is Victim and the Participant Attribute Code of ‘(DIRS) Reasonable Force Role^’ is selected.

• The new incidentTypeOtherDescription data element is add to the report when the Behavior Code of ‘Other (DIRS)^’ is added to the student incident and text is added to the comment.
