Courses Resource Publishing Error - Course Title Field Update

The Course Title field now allows up to 100 characters in the following tables and will no longer cause a Publishing Error:

  • PSM_COURSE.TITLE

  • PSM_SCHOOLCOURSE.SCHOOLCOURSETITLE

UI Updates for 2026-2027 State Reporting

The following updates are made to the student Compliance pages for the 2026-2027 School Year:

  • The Early Reading Deficiency Component page and all the fields are moved to the Obsolete tab.

  • The Early Childhood Programs Component page has the following updates:

    • The Additional Eligibility Factors field is moved to the Non-Reported tab with ‘Retired in 2026-27’ text.

    • The Early Childhood Program field value ‘(21) GSRP - Wait List’ is moved to obsolete.

    • The Qualifying Factors field select list ‘(C) Qualifying IEP’ is updated to remove the word ‘Qualifying’.

  • The Building Pupil Would Otherwise Attend ([S_MI_STU_GC_X]bldgOtherwiseAttend) field is moved to the School Demographics Non-Reported tab with ‘Retired in 2026-27’ text.

  • The Support Services select list added option (495) Counseling on the Special Education Component page.

  • The Section 23a Component page now includes the new ‘Completed Course Count’ field that defaults to 0.
