The Student Incident Profile Report now lets users control incident grouping in the report output.

The Page Break option appears under Order Report By. The Page Break options are Student, Incident, and None.

Request UIC: Results Page Update

The Request UIC results grid has been updated to display only the fields the Michigan Student Data System (MSDS) actually returns:

• Unique ID (MSDS: uniqueId)

• First Name (MSDS: firstName)

• Middle Name (MSDS: middleName)

• Last Name (MSDS: lastSurname)

• Suffix (MSDS: generationCodeSuffix) – now parsed and displayed correctly

• Birth Date (MSDS: birthDate) – shown in MM/DD/YYYY format

• Gender (MSDS: sexType) – values translated from:

  • M → Male

  • F → Female

• Match % (MSDS: score) – rounded to the nearest whole number

• Status (Match Status, e.g., MatchFound, NewUICGenerated, RequiresResolution)

Previously displayed fields that are not returned by MSDS (for example Race/Ethnicity, Grade Level, Enrollment/Exit details, Address, Submitting Entity, Local ID, Request Reason) have been removed from the Request UIC results grid.

TSDL Updates to UI Pages

The following updates are made:

• The TSDL Store Code field from the Year and Terms page is removed.

• The Historical Course Grades Course ID select list is updated to:

  • Use the Courses table.

  • Only list courses that are not excluded from TSDL.

  • The list allows the user to search and select the course by typing in the course name or course number.

• The text on on the following Historical Grade Michigan State Information fields are red to identify they are required for manually entered grade to be included in the TSDL file and will only appear red if the grade is manually entered:

  • Completion Status

  • Course ID

  • PIC #1
