All States/Provinces: Student Incident Profile Report - Update for Multiple Levels of Behavior Codes

Student Incident Profile Report: Version 1.12

The Student Incident Profile report has been updated and will now report up to three levels of behavior codes and subcodes correctly.

Known Issue: In PowerSchool, it is possible to create up to five levels of behavior codes. Due to a known issue, 4th and 5th level codes do not get associated correctly in the database making accurately reporting codes to these levels impossible. Once this known issue is addressed in a future Core update, this report will be updated to handle 4th and 5th level codes correctly.

General/SRM/Early Childhood: Version 6.8

The following updates are made:

• The major version on the Spring General and Spring Early Childhood collections is updated from ‘2024-2025’ to ‘2025-2026’.

• The Collection ID is updated:

  • Spring General Collection from “289” to “302”

  • Spring Early Childhood Collection from “286” to “299”

• The EC Delivery Schedule added the code of “10” (Part-Day Extended Week/Year).

• Tribal Affiliation Status is added to Personal Demographics Component.

• Tribal Affiliation is added to Personal Demographics Component.

• Significant Cognitive Disability is added to Special Education Component.

Home Language Survey Country of Birth Update

The following updates are made:

• The codes for Country of Birth (S_MI_STU_GC_X]immCountryOfBirth) are moved into common code.

• The question: “Was the student born outside of the US or Puerto Rico?” found on the Home Language Survey (HLS) tab shows both the code and country name.

• ‘quc’ now displays as ‘Kiche’ for any of the language code options.

Official Enrollment Student Roster Version: 3.3

The report is updated to show a 'Y' in the Absent on Count Date column when there is any absence on the Count Date. The last page of the report is now a grand total of all selected schools.
