Discipline Incident Letters: V2.1

Resolved an issue where the Discipline Incident Letters report displayed an incorrect Behavior Policy Description. The report now correctly pulls the Policy Description mapped to the selected Behavior Code(s) in the incident.

Navigation: Start Page → Select Student → Academic Records → Test Results → New/Edit Test Results

Users can now enable Change History on the Student Test Results page, allowing all updates—including scores—to be tracked.

Gen/SRM/EC EOY 2025-26 Report Updates

General/SRM/Early Childhood: Version 6.9

The following updates are made:

• The major version on the EOY General and EOP Early Childhood collections are updated from “2024-2025” to “2025-2026”.

• The Collection ID is updated:

  • EOY General Collection from “290” to “303”

  • EOP Early Childhood Collection from “287” to “300”

• The EC Delivery Schedule added the code of “10” (Part-Day Extended Week/Year).

• Tribal Affiliation Status is added to Personal Demographics Component.

• Tribal Affiliation is added to Personal Demographics Component.

• Significant Cognitive Disability is added to Special Education Component.
