AZELLA assessment data supports multiple records per student. Records are stored in the S_AZ_STU_AZELLA_C child table. Existing records were migrated from the prior single-record S_AZ_STU_AZELLA_X table. The previous single-record entry page is still accessible as AZELLA Placement (Legacy) for prior school years.
