PI-1563 Validation Tool Updates

The validation tool is updated to look at:

• The Pupil Count Membership fields in both the students (S_WI_STU_PI1563_X ) and reenrollments (S_WI_REN_PI1563_X ) tables.

• The student’s Program Schedule in both the students (S_WI_STU_X ) and reenrollments (S_WI_REN_X ) tables.

• When selecting the option to look at Special Ed Status the function will look at Special Programs (S_WI_SEN_X) for the enrollment and not the depreciated S_WI_STU_X/ S_WI_REN_X.DisabilityCode.

• The function is updated to look directly at the Data Base Extensions and not the custom field system.

• The list of selected students is updated to display Student Name, Student Number, Grade Level and school of enrollment.

• The List of selected students will now allow the user to create a current student selection.

Pupil Count Report for Membership Updates

The following updates are made :

• A new field ‘Count Date Status - 1st Friday of May (Pilot Districts Only)’ is added to the Current and Previous Enrollment pages.

• An update is run on non-resident reduction and resident reduction to match Ed-Fi codes on the Pupil Count Student Information and Previous Enrollment pages.

• Districts with students participating in Challenge Academy should follow the instructions for Creating Special/Student Programs.
