State Reporting 22.11.1.0 Release Notes

Ed-Fi StudentSchoolAssociation

Description: The possibleDaysAttendance figures in the StudentSchoolAssociation does not match the PowerSchool ADA ADM report in certain situations. This issue has been resolved so the possibleDaysAttendance will match the PowerSchool ADA ADM reports Membership figure.

To better align with DPI documentation, Monitored Status is changed to ‘Language Instruction Monitoring Year’ on the following pages:

• Choice Students
• WISEdata Student Information
• Edit Current Enrollment
• Edit Previous Enrollment
• Create New School Enrollment

PI-1441 School Food Report Version: 1.5

The following updates are made:

• The new Pupil Count Membership codes are used to determine resident reductions and non resident students.
• The report is updated to consider Pupil Count Membership fields in both the students and reenrollments tables as appropriate.

PI-1563 Pupil Count - Detail Version: 1.3

The following updates are made:

• The new Pupil Count Membership codes are used to determine resident reductions and non resident students.
• The report is updated to consider Pupil Count Membership fields in both the students and reenrollments table as appropriate.

PI-1563 Reconciliation Version: 1.5

The following updates are made:

• The new Pupil Count Membership codes are used to determine resident reductions and non resident students.
• The report is updated to consider Pupil Count Membership fields in both the students and reenrollments table as appropriate.

The validation tool is updated to look at:

• The Pupil Count Membership fields in both the students (S_WI_STU_PI1563_X ) and reenrollments (S_WI_REN_PI1563_X ) tables.
• The student’s Program Schedule in both the students (S_WI_STU_X ) and reenrollments (S_WI_REN_X ) tables.
• When selecting the option to look at Special Ed Status the function will look at Special Programs (S_WI_SEN_X) for the enrollment and not the depreciated S_WI_STU_X/ S_WI_REN_X.DisabilityCode.
• The function is updated to look directly at the Data Base Extensions and not the custom field system.
• The list of selected students is updated to display Student Name, Student Number, Grade Level and school of enrollment.
• The List of selected students will now allow the user to create a current student selection.

The following updates are made :

• A new field ‘Count Date Status - 1st Friday of May (Pilot Districts Only)’ is added to the Current and Previous Enrollment pages.
• An update is run on non-resident reduction and resident reduction to match Ed-Fi codes on the Pupil Count Student Information and Previous Enrollment pages.
• Districts with students participating in Challenge Academy should follow the instructions for Creating Special/Student Programs.
