Note: If there is no value for the field "Number of Hours Expected in School" in the Current Enrollment/AOE ADM Data Page, the code will check if there is a value in the previous enrollment (subject to satisfaction of pre-requisites) and publish the same. PSSR-368606 | VT CRDC 2023-24 - Loader and CRDC Report | For submitting data for the year 2023-24, the “CRDC Report” and “CRDC Data Loader” have been added to the Civil Rights Data Collection section on the Compliance Reports page, accessible via the Data and Reporting menu. These tools are part of an update that includes a framework upgrade, requiring users to run loader reports before the CRDC Report. Note: The older report, CRDC Report (2021-2022), in the “Civil Rights Data Collection (2021-2022)” section is still present as a menu item. This will be removed from the UI in a future release, and users are requested to ignore it and only use the new reports for submitting 2023-24 data. | |
PSSR-368706 | VT Ed-Fi : Update in Race Descriptor mapping | When publishing via Ed-Fi, the race descriptor in Student Demographics will now use Student’s Federal Race codes instead of District Race codes, following guidance from AOE. |
