07_PS_Att Pulling Incorrect Values for DSID_VALUE Field for Absences

07_PS_Att: Version 1.2

For this report, the only instance of Absences where DSID_VALUE should be 0 is when ABSCATID is SNE. All instances where DAILY_STATUS=ABS and ABSCATID = EA, EXP, SUS and UA, the DSID_VALUE should be greater than 0, representing the portion of the day that the student was absent.

Correction to Incident Management Aggregate Report Codes

The following Incident Management Aggregate Report codes are corrected. A spelling error is corrected for Behavior 108 (was AGGAVATED and is corrected to AGGRAVATED). The correct codes for Time, Location, Behaviors, and Actions are now extracted on the CIRS reports.

The following updates are made:

• A new field to choose the source of ADM Data is created on the District info page.
  Values:State Tabs (AOE Child Table)Enrollment Pages.

• The "Disable or Enable the State/Province-VT tabs" name is changed to "Disable the State/Province-VT" tabs for clarity.

Map AOE ADM History Data to Reenrollments and Expose on Edit Previous Enrollment Page

If the district elects to disable the VT-State/Province tabs (flag located on District Info page) and wants to maintain the ADM data on Enrollments pages, then these fields need to be displayed on the Edit Previous Enrollment page to be able to edit ADM history.

The Edit Previous Enrollment page now allows viewing/editing of these fields. In addition, the existing ADM fields in Current Enrollment are copied when a new enrollment is created.

A new data field, S_VT_SCHOOLSTAFF_X.EMPORGID, is now available and the same data field appears in Place of Service page for add/update options for users that have multiple Places of Service.

Now you have the option to specify on the District Info page, with the "ADM Data Source" flag, whether to use the VT State > AOE History tab or the student's Enrollment pages to store ADM data.

The reports that use this information look for the data depending on the value in the District flag - either the AOE ADM State tab page or the student's Enrollment pages (Current or Previous Enrollments).

Note: AOE ADM History does NOT automatically populate or migrate over to Previous Enrollment pages.
Therefore, if you want to start storing ADM data within Enrollments pages, it is assumed that it will be done going forward, and will not be available for prior years.

Correct the Extended Field Order on Student Enrollment and Transfer Pages

The VT extended fields have been organized for usability. The updates have been done in addition to the reorganization of the order.

• IEP displayed once

• The option to Exclude Students from State Reporting ([Students]State_ExcludeFromReporting) is extended to four of the five pages listed below. It is not available on the Enroll New Student page by design.

• The Tuition Students new Org field is now labeled

• Family Receiving Food Stamps field is now extended

• Limited English Proficiency is now extended
