When you run the 05_PS_GradeProg for a subset of students for Data Collection 04_YearEndCollection_Official, the report pulls data of all the students instead of only the set of selected students. The report has been corrected to honor the student selection for DC#04.

04_PS_Enroll Version 2.0

When two PowerSchool schools share the same ENRORGID, both should be treated as one entity for determining the student's ENTRYTYPE and ENRBEGDATE. The report now pulls data based on the initial entry of the school with the same ENRORGID instead of pulling data based on the initial entry into the PowerSchool school (based on the School Number).

Note that the report expects a continuously enrolled student to have a blank exit and entry code for normal promotion to the next grade in the same school. Users should not be using exit 07/entry 06 for a student who is moving between two schools that share the same ENRORGID.

In addition, the report should also treat a school year where a student was a "no-show" (never enrolled) as a gap in enrollment, which pushes the initial ENRBEGDATE into the subsequent school year.
Example:

This student's ENRBEGDATE is 8/28/2017 because there was a gap in enrollment in the 2016-17 school year.
