State Reporting 20.6.2.0 Release Notes

Reports:

• 12_Course: Version 1.2
• 13_CourseSection: Version 1.4

The 12_Course and 13_CourseSection reports are not handling the value of "Include" in the Section record correctly.

Given that the "Exclude From Stored Grades" indicator has these possible values:

Courses
Include (0)
Exclude (1)

Sections
Same as Course (0)
Exclude (1)
Include (2)

Then the following rules will be adhered to for each report:

12_Course

Courses will be included if:
1. The Course "Exclude From Stored Grades" indicator is set to "Include",
AND
2. At least one Section is set to "Same as Course" or "Include," and has students enrolled in it

13_CourseSection

Sections will be included if:
1. The Section has students enrolled in it
AND
2. The Section "Exclude From Stored Grades" indicator is set to "Include",
OR the Section "Exclude From Stored Grades" indicator is set to "Same as Course" and the Course indicator is set to "Include"

A new field is added to exclude staff from reporting at the school level.
Navigation: Start Page > Staff > Select A Staff Member > VT State Information >> Vermont Staff Place of Service page is updated with the new field to allow users to flag their staff exclusions per school assignment.
