All States/Provinces: Student Program Change History Update

Resolved an issue where the Change History link for the Student Programs category would not enable unless another category was also selected. The link now correctly activates immediately upon enabling the Student Programs category.

All States: CRDC 25-26 Sub District UI Update

The Sub-District compliance page has been updated for the 2025–2026 Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC) cycle.

• Streamlined data collection: Removed outdated NB-1 questions and moved Gender Identity sub-questions for HIBD-4, HIBD-5, and HIBD-6 to the Deprecated Fields section to keep historical records and simplify current reporting.

• New reporting indicators: Added the RSTS-1 section to track mechanical restraint, physical restraint, and seclusion for LEA students served in non-LEA facilities to meet new federal requirements.

Resolved an issue where Discipline Incident Letters would display all action codes associated with an incident, even when configured to filter for a specific Action Code and with "Include All Actions" set to No. This ensures that parent correspondence accurately reflects only the intended disciplinary actions.

When a previously published student is excluded from State Reporting or removed from the SIF dashboard, deletion messages are now sent to remove the corresponding records from the state data publishing system.

Updated the SRC templates for Fall, EIMS, Dec 1, Spring, EOY, and Summer reporting to restore the CTE Special Populations column and discontinue the Career Pathway Code column.

Updated VA Compliance Pages

Updated VA Staff, Course/Section, and Student Compliance pages for 2026–27 MSC requirements, including discontinued fields, updated labels, and revised Work-Based Learning information. The changes are as follows:

• Staff: Moved fields Title I Funded Position, High-Quality Professional Learning, Division Teaching Experience, Division Administrative Experience, and Division Pupil Personnel Experience to the Legacy section of the of the Staff page.

• Course and Section:

  1. Updated the label for Virtual Course Indicator to read Method of Delivery.

  2. Moved Work-Based Learning Code field to the Legacy section of the course and section pages. This is now set at the student level only.

• Student: The Virtual Course Indicator Override field is moved to the Legacy section of the student course page.

• The Work Based Learning field no longer displays descriptions for values at the Course or Section level.

Updated VA Master Schedule Collection Report

Master Schedule Collection Report version: 3.7
Updated the 2026–27 VA Master Schedule Collection report to align with new VA DOE requirements, including revised record logic and the new L record for credentialing exam data. The changes are as follows:

• Runtime parameters that list EOY include a value of L to extract the L record.

• The following data items are retired: Title I Funded Position, HQ Professional Learning, Division Teaching Experience, Division Administrative Experience, Division Pupil Personnel Experience.

• Associated SOL Test Code value extracts for EOY only.

• Method of Delivery is now included in the D record instead of the F record.  It has assumed the role of Remote Course Indicator which has been removed.

• High Quality Work-Based Learning Code will only report at the student level; Students who exit prior to the completion of the course will not extract a value.

• A new record type of L is created to support the data required for CTECC.  This includes Serving School, Student Testing Identifier, SCED Code, Extended Description, Credentialing Exame Code, and Exam Result as entered on the student CTECC tab of the Compliance area.

Updated VA student data entry pages to align with 2026–27 SRC requirements. This includes the following changes:

• Reactivating the CTE Special Populations Code field on the student CTE page

• Discontinuing the Career Pathway Code field on the student CTE page

• Adding value 6 - Conference Scheduled for the Attendance Team Conference Code field

• Updating the description for Attendance Team Conference Code to indicate 7 unexcused absences
