PowerSchool for Saskatchewan provides a wide variety of Saskatchewan-specific reports. The table below lists these reports by report type. Tip: Click a report type link to go to that report section.

The report description table includes the following elements:

Report Name – Name of the report as seen in PowerSchool.
Description – The purpose of the report.
Due Date / Cycle – The timeframe during which the report is submitted to the state.

SK School Enrollments	This report is used when Student Enrollment in a school changes. It sends all the necessary information updates to SDS.	When student enrollment changes in a school.

SK Current Classes	This report generates the SL-SDS XML file containing Class Identification and Class Info records for the selected Terms.	See https://www.k12.gov.sk.ca/sdsprod/ for due dates
SK Student Class Registrations	This report allows the school to provide information to SDS about students’ class registration.	See https://www.k12.gov.sk.ca/sdsprod/ for due dates
Delete All Class Registration	This report allows the school to delete all class registrations.	See https://www.k12.gov.sk.ca/sdsprod/ for due dates
Student Class Mark	This report allows the school to submit the school mark for a student who took a class.	See https://www.k12.gov.sk.ca/sdsprod/ for due dates
Student Exam Registration	This report allows the school to register a student in a supplemental or adult challenge departmental exam.	See https://www.k12.gov.sk.ca/sdsprod/ for due dates
Student External Course	This report allows the school to submit or correct an external course to be included on the student’s transcript.	See https://www.k12.gov.sk.ca/sdsprod/ for due dates
Student Supplemental Mark	This report allows the school to submit or correct the school supplemental (rewrite) mark for a student.	See https://www.k12.gov.sk.ca/sdsprod/ for due dates
Store Codes Report	This report displays the StoreCodes used for the selected term. It is useful to run this report to determine the existing StoreCodes before running the Student Class Mark report.	See https://www.k12.gov.sk.ca/sdsprod/ for due dates
SK Student Attendance	This report allows the school division to submit information to SDS about student-level attendance.	See https://www.k12.gov.sk.ca/sdsprod/ for due dates
SK Import Student Marks (formerly Import Blended and Transfer Marks) (formerly Import Blended and Transfer Marks)	This process allows for the import of blended and transfer marks for students transferring into the division.	As needed.
SK Generate Student Marks Query File	This report creates the query file needed to upload to SDS in order to obtain a response file containing student marks from the Ministry, which can then be imported into PowerSchool	As needed

SK Electronic Educator Profile (EEP) Report	Also known as Educator and Additional Data (EAD), this report is used to send educator information to SDS.
