Delete All Class Registration

Introduction

This report allows the school to delete all class registrations for classes at their school whose class end date is on/after a specified date or within a specified date range, so that the school can resubmit class registrations from scratch. Classes taken by the same students at other schools are not touched.

Field	Description
Data to be Filled	Select the checkbox next to the filter fields to save the settings as defaults. To select all checkboxes, choose Set All from the pop-up menu. To clear all checkboxes, choose Reset All.
Class End From Date	Enter the first date of the date range for which data is to be deleted. Class registrations will be deleted only for classes whose end date is on or after this date. (required) “m/d/yyyy” format
Class End To Date	Enter the last date of the date range for which data is to be deleted. If this date is specified, class registrations will be deleted only for classes whose end date is on or after ClassEndFromDate and on or before ClassEndToDate. (optional) “m/d/yyyy” format
Reason To Delete	Enter a reason to delete. It would normally be “ToAllowReplacement”. (required)

Report Output

Each of the fields displayed in the output of the report are described below. See Understanding the Report Output Table for a definition of each column in the table.

SourceId	Displays the current School Number. This is the department-assigned number of the organization.	[Schools]School_Number
RefId	Display an auto-increment reference ID for returning the response.	N/A
ObjectName	Displays “AllStudentClassEnrollments” as the object name	N/A

Action	Always equals “Delete”	N/A
Reason	Displays the user entered value of “ReasontoDelete”	N/A
SchoolId	Displays the School Number. This is the department-assigned number of the organization whose class registrations are to be deleted.	[Schools]School_Number
ClassEndFromDate	Displays the user entered value for “ClassEndFromDate” in the “YYYY-MM-DD” format.	N/A
