Introduction
Also known as Educator and Additional Data (EAD), this report is used to send educator information to SDS.
Important Information about this Report
When the report is run at the district level, grades K through 9 teaching staff for the selected school year, including co-teachers, are included.
When the report is run at the school level, selected teachers are included.
Comments are embedded within the xml file to help identify teacher, class, and school. Within the appropriate comment, the teacher's first and last name, the course name, and the school name will be displayed, making it easier to read the xml file.
Selected teachers who are inactive during the reporting period are included in the .csv log file, but not in the .xml submission file.
Selected teachers who do not have a date of birth and/or do not have an educator certificate number are included in the .csv log file, but not in the .xml submission file.
Courses with a blank subject code are excluded from the file and written to a .csv log file. When the log file is generated, a zip file is created that contains the .csv log file and the xml file for the record logged.
The log file includes information on teachers who have not been included in the output file, sorted by teacher name, expression, course number, and course section.
If the Report Start/End Date range is specified:
- The report will use the start/end dates to determine the appropriate school year.
If the Report Start/End Date range is not specified:
- The report will use the run date to determine the current school year.

Select School Year | Choose the school year for which you wish to run the report. The current school year is the default. |
| Teacher | Select the teacher(s) for which to run the report. This selection is not available when the report is run from the District. |
