The following table lists the ProgramPlacementReason codes:

ALT03 | Behavioral difficulties | FRNA | The student is NOT eligible for Free or Reduced lunch |
ALT04 | Court ordered placement | AI506 | The student has a completed 506 form on file with the district. |
ALT05 | Credit deficiencies | AIJOM | The student is participating in the Johnson O’Malley program. |
ALT06 | DHS state custody | AIMulti | The student has a completed 506 form on file with the district and is participating in the Johnson O’Malley program. |
ALT07 | Family Issue | AITRIB | The student has self-identified tribal affiliation. |
ALT08 | Financial issues | EL1637 | Limited English proficient / English language learner Declined district EL services |
ALT09 | Juvenile Justice | EL1633 | Native English speaker (SDE only expects to see this code in student participation when the student was screened and did not quality). Will NOT report as “EL” in any federal or state reporting. |
