DisciplineIncident

This object provides information on incidents involving violence, weapons, drugs, and other safety and discipline issues. This object is used to populate the Annual Incident Report so the minimum reporting requirements are the report those incidents, which would normally be tracked to produce the data necessary to fill in this yearly report.
