State Reporting 22.4.2.0 Release Notes

The Clock-In/Clock-Out code is now updated to return a valid studentsdcid and a check has been added. These updates will stop the Clock In/Clock Out links from displaying when it has not been enabled and will no longer cause excessive activity in the logs.

Student Incident Profile Report: Version 1.1

Initially, the Student Incident Profile Report has been updated and the Days count will now only factor in in-session days between the action start and end dates.

A Beta version of the (FS) Student Standing Record - Hours (HB410) is included with this release. The Beta (FS) Student Standing Record - Hours (HB410) should only be used by districts that have been instructed to use this report by the Ohio State PowerSchool Reporting team. This version is not included in any bundles and exists only as a single report.

You will no longer see the obsolete Contacts Tab of the State/Province-OH pages.

The (FA) Student Assessment tab of the State/Province-OH page now displays performance level of 4 as accomplished for test types GE, GN, and GX. Per ODE this is a change only in name. The performance level of ‘accelerated’ is now named ‘accomplished’'.

The (FF, FG) Student Contact Report is moved to Obsolete. This was replaced by the (FF, FG) Student Contact Record with Core PowerSchool Contacts.

The FN Student Attributes tab CTE Program of Concentration Element is updated with the new values of C5, F7, JN, and R8 per ODE.

You can now display the individual student's detail as expected.

Removed debugging code causing Parse Errors.

You can now filter/export as expected from the Special Program Export.

You will now see ENG at the top of the dropdown for the Home Language as it is for the Native Language on the Student Demographic (GI) tab.

New assessment area codes are now available for the (GY) CTE Technical Assessment of LYT4, LYU0, LYU1, LYU2, and LYU3 per ODE update.
