State Reporting 22.1.1.0 Release Notes

The CRDC 2020-2021 Report common PDF template is updated to correct various spelling errors and item label updates.

The common (across all states) CRDC 2020-2021 Report's school submission files will no longer insert an extra carriage return or add extra columns under certain data scenarios.

CRDC 2020-2021 Report: Sub-District Validation Improvement

The CRDC 2020-2021 Report is updated to display an informational message in the District (LEA) PDF file letting administrators know when required sub-district setup elements are missing.

The report now returns the contact info from the snapshot, which is the correct year.

The report now returns errors at the top of the (CU) Staff Course Record for sections with zero enrollment.

The report no longer returns obsolete item CLDRTYPE.

You can use code sets for genders other than male or female. The reports look at Demographics first for an M or F, if unavailable then they look at the SSID tab for Legal Gender.

The report now returns appropriate Majority of Attendance (MOA) values for students that are not educated by the district. If the student was reported for the entire school year with a District Relationship of '2' or '3' and has a Sent Reason code of OE or JP, the report now pulls MOA of six asterisks (******), not the district IRN.

Backend Maintenance on the FS Package for future changes.

The (GC) Student Graduation Core Record now includes the new CORE Area Codes: MCT, SAE, SAL, SAP, and SWH.

You will no longer see the Industry Credential Seal as Earned for credentials earned in multiple areas.

The common reporting bundle now includes the Gifted (GG) Record.
