State Reporting 22.12.2.0 Release Notes

The reposchema is updated with a precondition to ensure the script runs (at the correct time); This will ensure all reports load as expected on the System Reports tab.

You can now select the Reporting Period of S (Student) in the (FA) Student Assessment Record to accommodate the new ODE Exiting Student Follow-Up reporting.

The (FE) Record is updated for test type GX (HS Alternate Assessment) removing OGT which is obsolete.

Updated the (GC) Graduation Core Summary Record to allow for blank stored grades.

You can now enter the applicable Extended School Year (ESY) to all events per the Ohio Department of Education guidelines.

You will no longer receive an incorrect validation error when adjusting a full day absence to a partial day.

Updated the Graduation Pathways to reflect current Ohio Department of Education requirements:

• Add competency met for Alternate Assessment performance levels of Basic and above.
• Drops the requirement for students that did not meet the required score to test twice if enrolled in an Ohio public school for senior year after enrollment the prior year in a non-tax, non-public school, homeschooling, or an out-of-state school.
