State Reporting 22.7.3.0 Release Notes

Attendance Change History Report: Version 1.1

The Attendance Change History report page has been updated and now the report parameter drop-down boxes will populate as expected after moving the view to a repo schema call.

To support the Entry/Exit Code changes in PowerSchool 22.5.0 and maintain backward compatibility with earlier versions of PowerSchool, updates have been made and now the end users will see the following:

• PowerSchool version 22.5.0 (or greater) - The Entry/Exit Codes will show as inactive after the defined effective end date.
• PowerSchool versions prior to 22.5.0 - Entry/Exit Codes will behave as they always have (cannot be inactivated).

Student incident Profile: Version 1.2

The Student Incident Profile report has been updated and will now print the incident description up to 4000 characters.

The validation has been updated and this error will no longer propagate in the system log.

Contact Tracing Report: Version 1.5

The Contact Tracing report has been updated to resolve the following error:

ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row.

The FA tab on the State/Province - OH page is updated as follows:

• All valid (GW) CTE Industry Credentials in the list of Assessment Areas based on the most recent Ohio Department of Education documentation
• Add valid Assessment Area Codes for Advanced Placement of AP39, AP97 & AP98
• Add valid Assessment Area Codes for International Baccalaureate of IB97 & IB98
• Move PHYS Assessment Area for test type GE to obsolete
• Remove Assessment Areas HXH9 & JCA0 from the GY test type
• Remove Assessment Area Writing (W) for the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT)

(FN) Student Attributes-No Date Record is updated to reflect the ODE title change for Retained Status to Retained/Promoted Status.

The (FS) Student Standing Record Admission Reason 8 is removed, as this is only valid for the Dept. of Health.

Graduation Pathway logic now recognizes GY performance level, as well as the score for Competency Alternative.

You can now see improved instructions for field 09) ProgramRecordStatus (Needs A for add or U for update for import to complete with no failures)

You can now complete the (DN) Organization, General Info Record, for sub-districting post EOY.

Special Programs Import Invalid Records now display correctly as Grade Level.

Gifted Screen Areas are no longer arranged alphabetically, now match ODDEX reporting order of Superior Cognitive, Math, Science, Reading/Writing, Social Studies, Creative Thinking, and Visual/Performing Arts.

You can now view cumulative totals for the Truancy and Chronic categories on the Truancy/Chronic-OH screen.
