PSSR-300101All States/Provinces: New - Digital Equity & Learning Preference Search

A new “Digital Equity & Learning Preference Search” link is added to the special functions page and will allow users to search for Digital Equity & Learning Preference records using configurable filters.

PSSR-274766All States/Provinces: Report Works Startup Updates

The config files have been modified and are now only called through the re-initialization cycle. This will improve SRP startup times and avoid previously reported failures.

PSSR-275058All States/Provinces: Sub Teachers Portal Honors the Pref "Prevent Attendance Page Submit If Blank"

When the "Prevent Attendance page submit if blank attendance is used (PowerTeacher)" pref is checked on the Attendance Preferences page on the admin portal, the Sub Teacher is not able to submit attendance if blank attendance is used for Single day attendance and Seating Chart.

PSSR-299873Entry and Exit Code Updates

The following new values have been added to the Reason for Beginning Enrollment and Reason for Ending Enrollment option lists:

  • Reason for Beginning Enrollment:
    • 8300 - Compulsory age student, not attending, no documentation, and a new
  • Reason for Ending Enrollment:
    • 400 - Compulsory age student, stopped attending' in the field for Reason

Pages impacted:

  • Current Enrollment (Transfer Info Page)
  • Previous Enrollment (Transfer Info Page)
  • Transfer out Page
  • Re-Enroll In School
  • Create New School Enrollment
  • Enroll New Student Living in the Same Household
  • Enrollment (School Enrollment) (under New York State Information page)

Districts may also add these codes to the list of local entry and exit codes as defined at the District Office.

PSSR-300206Student Daily Attendance (SFTP) Report Does Not Display Attendance Codes

Student Daily Attendance (SFTP) Report: Version 3.9

The Student Daily Attendance (SFTP) report was not displaying attendance codes if multiple schools are selected at the District Office. The report run page is updated to ensure that all expected attendance codes are displayed as an option for the parameter: “Report missing attendance (default present) as:”
