Chronic Absenteeism
This section has the following columns under which relevant data is displayed:

Date Updated - The date on which the data was last updated.

Total Enrolled Days - The total number of days the student is enrolled in the school.

Actual Enrolled Days - The actual number of days the student is enrolled in the school.

Total Absences - The total number of days the student has been absent. More than 50% absence of an instructional day is considered full day absence.

Chronic Absenteeism Rate - The absenteeism rate as a percentage of enrolled days.

Chronic Absenteeism Indicator - The value of the indicator. Valid values: Yes or No.
Absence Date’s Contributing to Total Absences
This section has the following columns under which relevant data is displayed:

Day Count - The number of absence days.

Absence Date - The dates on which the student was absent.

Attendance Code - The associated attendance code.
Current Year Enrollments
This section provides enrollment information about the selected student and has the following columns:

Enrollment School - Total number of enrollment records. The enrollment records are displayed only for the current school year and include current and previous enrollments.

Entry Date - The entry date for each enrollment.

Exit Date - The exit date for each enrollment.

FTE - The FTE for each enrollment.

Default Attendance Mode - This is derived from the FTE assigned to each enrollment. The value can be Daily or Meeting.
