Staff Setup


The following data elements are required for state reporting.

To navigate to the Staff Member page:

  • To add a new staff member: On the Start Page in the left panel, click New Staff Entry. The New Staff Member page appears.


  • To edit an existing staff member record: On the Start Page, click the Staff tab and search for the staff member. If the Select A Staff Member page appears, choose a staff member from the list. The Staff page appears.

Enter the staff member's name.

Format: LastName, FirstName MiddleName





Monthly Student Historical
District Personnel Data


Enter the staff member's gender.


District Personnel Data

Reporting Ethnicity

Enter the staff member's ethnicity


District Personnel Data

Home Phone #

Enter the staff member's home phone number


District Personnel Data


Enter the staff member's home address.


District Personnel Data

City, State, Zip

Enter a City, State, and Zip




District Personnel Data


Enter the staff member's SSN


District Personnel Data


Enter the staff member's date of birth


District Personnel Data

Exclude from District Personnel Data report

To exclude all of this teacher's sections from the District Personnel Data report, select this checkbox.
