Incident Management Setup
When the user clicks on the Incident Management, Codes and Sub-codes, all the codes and sub-codes required to collect data for state reporting are automatically created. The Mississippi State Reporting^ Incident Type is also created.
Note: The user must provide access to the Mississippi State Reporting^ incident type.
The Incident Management Setup is updated to improve the user experience. As part of the updates, Duration codes, Time codes, Participant Attribute codes, Incident Attribute codes, and additional Behavior Codes under ‘Violation of School Rules (or NCB)’ have been newly introduced.
The Duration, Time, and Participant Attribute codes are not state-reportable but are required for the overall usability of Incident Management and the Quick Incident Template feature.
Additional sub-codes under the Violation of School Rules (or NCB) behavior code are added.
All Behavior and Action codes have Comments enabled.
A new Incident Attribute for identifying incidents with a Major Injury is added.
Users can track discipline incidents and edit incident templates as a result of the above updates.
