Select the school operational status from the drop-down list.

Valid values:

• Blank

• Open

• Closed

• Changed Agency

• Future School

• Reopened

Note: This field is mandatory.

Operational Status Effective Date

Enter the date since the selected operational status is effective. If the operational status is selected as blank, this field is disabled.

Grades Offered

Enter the lowest and highest grades offered by the district.

The district determines the lowest and highest grade levels based on the range of grades they offer.

If you input a grade that falls outside the acceptable range, an error message appears.
