All States: Older version CRDC Reports Deprecated

CRDC report versions older than 23-24 are deprecated and no longer appear on the state's Compliance Reports tab.

DIRS: Reasonable Force Update

MN DIRS Extract Version: 1.7

The following updates are made:

• When the Participant Attribute of (DIRS) Reasonable Force Used code^ is set to Yes and the student Primary Disability value is 01-16, Reasonable Force is not reported.

• When the Object Code of (DIRS/CRDC) Weapon Type^ is selected and the Quantity is blank, the report will default the quantity to '1'.

Perkins P-File Fields Update

Perkins P File Version: 1.4

The following data elements default to 'N' as the data is not longer being collected in the Perkins P File:

• Out of Workforce

• Technical Skill Assessment

• TSA Proficiency

The following are updates to the student pages:

• The Compliance > Perkins Technical Assessment Proficiencies page indicates that this page is ‘No longer part of the Perkins accountability report’.

• The Enrollment at a Glance > Additional Information > Displaced Homemaker field is marked at obsolete.
