PSSR-420946	DEX: Exclude Dropped Classes Update	Additional Reference: PSSR-408755 In PowerSchool SIS State/Provincial Reporting version 26.1.2.0 (PSSR-402113), we introduced a new school-level setting to allow Minnesota districts to exclude dropped course enrollments from Ed-Fi reporting. The PowerSchool Data Exchange (DEX) will now honor this flag for Student Section Association and Grades resources. When the school-level “Exclude Dropped Enrollments” flag is enabled: Student Section Association Dropped course enrollments are excluded from the Student Section Association resource. Active (non-dropped) course enrollments continue to publish as usual. Grades Grades associated with dropped enrollments are excluded from the Grades resource. Grades for active (non-dropped) course enrollments continue to publish as usual. This behavior applies to all records that process student section enrollments (CC table), including: Regular course enrollments and their grades College course enrollments and their grades Direct Pay course enrollments and their grades

In PowerSchool SIS State/Provincial Reporting version 26.1.2.0 (PSSR-402113), we introduced a new school-level setting to allow Minnesota districts to exclude dropped course enrollments from Ed-Fi reporting.

The PowerSchool Data Exchange (DEX) will now honor this flag for Student Section Association and Grades resources. When the school-level “Exclude Dropped Enrollments” flag is enabled:

Student Section Association
- Dropped course enrollments are excluded from the Student Section Association resource.
- Active (non-dropped) course enrollments continue to publish as usual.
Grades
- Grades associated with dropped enrollments are excluded from the Grades resource.
- Grades for active (non-dropped) course enrollments continue to publish as usual.

This behavior applies to all records that process student section enrollments (CC table), including:

Regular course enrollments and their grades
College course enrollments and their grades
Direct Pay course enrollments and their grades
