Student Academic Record

StudentAcademicRecord

This resource represents the cumulative record of the academic achievements of a student. This must be submitted for any high school credit earned by a student.

Selection Criteria 

This has dependency on EducationOrganizationId, Student, StudentSchoolAssociation, and Session.
The student is published in the Student category.

The student must not be excluded from state reporting.

The school must not be excluded from state reporting.

Student Records must have both Cumulative Earned Credits (High School Credits Earned) and Cumulative Grade Point Average (Unweighted Grade Point Average (GPA) ) data populated; otherwise, the record will not be selected for publishing.

Only High School students record must be published (Grade 9 or above).

Students who are enrolled in an active course and have earned a Credit.

The student exit code / D27. Exit/Withdrawal Type Override must be '8'.

There must be at least 1 Historical grade record for the student in the current year (in student school).

cumulativeGradePointAverage	A measure of average performance in all courses taken by a student during his or her school career as determined for record-keeping purposes. This is obtained by dividing the total grade points received by the total number of credits attempted. This usually includes grade points received, and credits attempted in his or her current school as well as those transferred from schools in which the individual was previously enrolled.	Cumulative Grade Point Average / Unweighted GPA	Y	Calculated Unweighted GPA	A query fetches the unweighted GPA for each student based on conditions on stored grades and certain grade levels. It then determines whether to use the calculated GPA or a default value of 1 based on the student's exit type. Finally, it retrieves the DCID of the student.
