Student Assessment

The StudentAssessment entity represents the analysis or scoring of a student's response to an assessment. The analysis results in a value that represents a student's performance on a set of items for a specified test. This resource will primarily address most of the fields collected as part of the EOYA and TEST KIDS collections.

Selection Criteria

Prerequisite: Required descriptors must have been downloaded.

Records are published if the following criteria are met:

  • The student must not be excluded from state reporting.  

  • The student data must be published. 

  • The student must have a State Student Number. 

  • The school in which the student is enrolled, must not be Excluded from State Reporting. 

  • Remote Enrollments are included.

  • A Separate Record will be published for each assessment.

  • The student assessment resource is dependent on the prior publishing of the Enrollment and Student Identification.

  • LEAs and Schools may upload (publish) data to the ODS in real time or on-demand ("Run Now" button).
