The staff assignment association records represent the staff’s relationship to the institution (School in this instance) based on their assigned designations.
Selection Criteria

Staff is not excluded from state reporting

The staff Unique Id (State Teacher Number) must be populated in PowerSchool.

The staff member's assigned organization must be either the district office or a school that is not excluded from state reporting.

The staff member is active at any point during the selected school year.
-
The staff member assigned to a section or course that is not excluded from Ed-Fi.
-
Dependency on Staff Classification, Education Organization ID, and Staff Unique ID.

Exclude Staff with State Teacher Number = Blank
