PSSR-320381	Course Page Update	When a course is edited, the users can view and navigate to the desired tab in PDS and Non-PDS modes. The Compliance Tabs will no longer disappear when Equivalencies Tab is selected. Tabs added via customization are not supported and will continue to make the Compliance Tabs disappear.
