CRDC 2021-2022 Version: 1.0

The CRDC 2021-2022 LEA report now supports a third value of Non-Binary, identified with a gender value of 'X'. The DSED-2 and HSEE-1 data categories will now have a third row for Non-Binary (value of 'X' ) which will appear below the 'Female’ row if the LEA has indicated on the CRDC LEA page that they report Non-Binary genders.

If the LEA has indicated that they do not report Non-Binary genders, then the data categories will be disaggregated by sex into Male and Female counts only.

CRDC Report (2021-2022) Version: 1.0

The 2021-2022 CRDC school report will now have a third value of Non-Binary, identified with a gender value of 'X' for the many data categories that were disaggregated by Male and Female counts. For the 2021-2022 year, the Limited English Proficient (LEP) terminology has been updated to English Learner (EL) throughout the CRDC csv files. There are total 5 CSV files(CRDC LEA.csv, CRDC student audit.csv, CRDC school 1.csv, CRDC school 2.csv, CRDC school 3.csv) in which the renaming has been done.

The student Digital Equity & Learning Preferences page will now be visible to users that do (and do not) have access to a student’s Functions page.

Updated CRDC 2021-2022 Report

A new question ‘Does the LEA report non-binary gender information for students?’ has been added to the CRDC LEA page. The answer to this question will determine if the CRDC calculations will report an X (non-binary) for students having a gender value other than M, F or blank. It will also determine if a third row appears in the grids for questions disaggregated by gender.

The CRDC calculations have also been modified to look first at the student’s Legal Gender for data. If not found the Gender field will be used to populate the student’s gender. If the student’s gender is populated (not blank) the student enrollment will be counted in the CRDC report.

Removed the SQL and report files no longer used for reporting KS attendance tracking.
