Updates to KIDS Collection Reports: Grade Level

KIDS Collection ASGT: Report Version 2.2

KIDS Collection ENRL: Report Version 3.9

KIDS Collection SPED: Report Version 2.2

The KIDS Collection reports listed above are updated to extract the grade level correctly. When processing data from the current enrollment it extracts the grade level from the Students table and when processing data from a previous enrollment it extracts the grade level from the Reenrollments table.

KIDS Collection EXIT Report Updates

KIDS Collection EXIT: Version 6.3

The KIDS Collection EXIT report is updated to process Accountability School ID and Grade Level from prior enrollments in certain scenarios.

The report now behaves as follows:

1. For the Transfer School option, the SCHOOL_ID (D2) & GRADE_LEVEL (D10) extracts from the previous enrollment record, if run for the previous school year.

2. For the Graduated Students option, GRADE_LEVEL (D10) extracts from the previous enrollment, if the student has graduated (Current School ID=999999).
