The Stride ID is an identification number assigned to each Staff to uniquely identify the Staff throughout his/her service years in the Georgia public school system. The Stride ID is an “8” digit unique ID generated by the STRIDE Application and stored in a .TXT file. District Admins can import the text file to assign the stride IDs to the existing staff in the district. When the import is performed, the records in the text file are matched with the existing staff records based on the SSN, first name, and last name. For the records that match with the records in the text file, the Stride ID is assigned by populating the Stride ID read-only on the Staff Demographics page.
Steps to Import Stride IDs

Navigate to District Management, Compliance, Stride ID Import.

.txtfile that contains the Stride IDs. -

For successful records, the imported Stride ID appears as a read-only field on the Staff Demographics page.
