State Reporting 25.8.2.0 Release Notes

PSSR-396102	2024-25 Reports moved to the Previous Reports section on the Compliance Reports page	2024-25 Compliance Reports in PowerSchool have been moved to the Previous Year Reports section on the Compliance Reports page. The following reports have been removed from the Previous Year Reports: Discipline by Acton File Firearm (GFSA) Discipline File Discipline by Student Demographics File P-EBT Data Collection
PSSR-397887	Abbreviated School Day Fields - Clearing out values upon re-enrollment	The values of the following fields will be cleared out from the current enrollment when a student re-enrolls. Abbreviated School Day Schedule Status Total Days on an Abbreviated School Day Schedule Navigation: Start Page, [Select Student], Student Enrollment, [Select Current Enrollment]
PSSR-401471	Off Campus Behavior Flag value updates	The options in the Off Campus Behavior Flag field on the Incident page in PowerSchool are now correctly updated to reflect the state-reportable values.
PSSR-400695	READ Assessment Code updates	The READ Test drop-down values have been updated as per the CDE-specified values on the following pages: Student’s READ page in the Compliance menu READ collapsible on the Student Enrollment page
PSSR-397438	Report Investigation Time and Off Campus Behavior Flag updates	The incident level fields for Report Investigation Time and Off Campus Behavior Flag can now be updated at the time of incident creation. Prior to this update, these fields could only be updated by editing an existing incident.
PSSR-395152	Student School Association Report - 2025-26 Updates	Student School Association Report: Version 6.1 The Student School Association Report is now updated as per the 2025-26 CDE requirements. The following new fields have been added to the report: Abbreviated School Day Schedule Status Total Days on an Abbreviated School Day Schedule
PSSR-390566	Title I Interchange Report - 2025-26 CDE Updates	Title I Interchange Report: Version 1.4 The Title I Interchange Report in PowerSchool is now updated as per the 2025-26 CDE requirements. As part of this change, the Gender field has been removed from the report.
PSSR-390564	TSDL Interchange Report - 2025-26 CDE Updates	TSDL Interchange Report: Version 2.0 The TSDL Interchange Report in PowerSchool has been updated to add a new field - Core Credits Course.
