State Reporting 25.12.1.0 Release Notes

PSSR-390552	Discipline Action File - 25-26 Updates	Discipline Action File Report: Version 1.8 The Discipline Action File is now updated with the following requirements to align with 25-26 CDE updates. A new field, Off Campus Behavior Flag, is added to the report. Physically Restrained, Mechanically Restrained, and Seclusion are removed from the report. The Special Education Action Flag will now be reported based on the Special Education History table on the Student’s Special Ed page. For incidents with multiple state-reportable behaviors, only the record for the primary behavior will be extracted. The Discipline Start Date will be reported for all students and not just SPED students.
PSSR-382502	Report Card March - Data Collection page updates	The fields on the View Report Card March Fields page are now rearranged to match the order of the Report Card March file export.
PSSR-380503	S-EBT Report - Reporting Student Details when Guardian Details are missing for students aged 18 or more	Guardian fields in the S-EBT report will now use student details when guardian information is unavailable for students aged 18 and older.
PSSR-415075	Updates to address the issue of Incident Action deletions not saving	Incident Actions can now be deleted without any issues. This fix addresses the issue of Incident Action deletions failing for users on recent versions of Google Chrome.
