Resolved an issue for Arizona AzEDS reporting where publishing Discipline Incident records for tuitioned-out schools with an EntityID of 00000 could fail with a 400 error. When a student has a School Entity ID Override populated, the Discipline Incident publishing process now selects the correct overridden school Entity ID instead of publishing the invalid value. |
