A new SecondaryTransitionReporting (E3128) field is now available under District Management > Compliance > PEIMS TSDS Data Collection, positioned below Early Childhood Transition Reporting (E3127). This Boolean dropdown (Yes/No/Blank, default Blank), stored in the Prefs table, captures whether the LEA has students meeting SPP Indicator 13 Secondary Transition criteria.

This Boolean dropdown (Yes/No/Blank, default Blank) captures whether the LEA has students meeting SPP Indicator 11 Timely Initial Evaluation (Child Find) criteria and is stored in the Prefs table.

• If E3089 = Yes AND Graduation Date is in the Past
  → Display: Distinguished Level of Achievement: Completed

• If E3089 = Yes AND Graduation Date is in the Future
  → Display: Distinguished Level of Achievement: Pursuing

New FHSP Disting Level Participant Line Added

A new line has been added to the AAR output above the Distinguished Level of Achievement section, displayed for Graduation Plan Codes: 34, 35, 54, 55, 56, 57

Logic for FHSP Disting Level Participant:

• If E3029 = Yes, FHSP Participant Value = 1 or 2, Graduation Date in Past
  → Display: FHSP Disting Level Participant – Completed

• If E3029 = Yes, FHSP Participant Value = 1 or 2, Graduation Date in Future
  → Display: FHSP Disting Level Participant – Pursuing
