Entry Codes
The following entry codes must be defined for the district.

1825 | Entry priv, non-relig, out of district | Student entering district from a non-religious private school from another district in Oklahoma |
1826 | Entry priv, non-relig, out of state | Student entering district from a non-religious private school from out of state |
1827 | Entry private, religious, same LEA | Student entering district from a religious private school from same district |
1828 | Entry priv, religious, out of district | Student entering district from a religious private school from another district in Oklahoma |
1829 | Entry priv, religious, out of state | Student entering district from a religious private school from out of state |
1830 | Entry out of country – has been in USA | Student entering district from a school outside of this country, but has been previously educated in USA |
1831 | Entry inst other than char/priv/home/public | Student entering district from institution other than charter school, private school, home school, public school |
1832 | Entry from a charter school | Student entering district from charter school in another district |
1833 | Entry from home schooling | Student entering district from home schooling |
1835 | Re-entry with no interruption (E1) | Student re-entering same district |
1836 | Re-entry after voluntary withdrawal | Student re-enrolled after exiting, but did not attend a different institution. An interruption of schooling is required. |
1837 | Entry after suspension | Student re-enrolled after suspension from same district |
1838 | 1st time USA – no other school (PreK/KG) | Student being educated in USA for the first time. Prior to this entry, student has had no other form of education anywhere in the world. Primarily for PreK or K students. |
1839 | 1st time USA – foreign country education | Student being educated in USA for the first time. Prior to this entry, student has had no other form of education in the USA, but has been educated in another country. There has been no interruption of schooling. |
1840 | 1st time USA - foreign country with an interruption | Student being educated in USA for the first time. Prior to this entry, student has had no other form of education in the USA, but has been educated in another country. There has been an interruption of schooling. |
