Exit Codes
The following exit codes must be defined for the district.

1908 | Exit to another school district | Student exiting district and going to another public district in Oklahoma |
1909 | Transfer out of state | Student exiting district and going to another public district out of state |
1910 | Exit to private, non-religious, same LEA | Student exiting district and going to a non-religious private school in same district |
1911 | Exit to private, non-religious, out of district | Student exiting district and going to a non-religious private school out of district in Oklahoma |
1912 | Exit to private, non-religious, out of state | Student exiting district and going to a non-religious private school out of state |
1913 | Exit to private, religious, same LEA | Student exiting district and going to a religious private school in same district |
1914 | Exit to private, religious, out of district | Student exiting district and going to a religious private school out of district in Oklahoma |
1915 | Exit to private, religious, out of state | Student exiting district and going to a religious private school out of state |
1916 | Transferred out of USA | Student exiting district and going to a school in a different country |
1917 | Exit to institution not counted on any membership | Student exiting district and going to an institution and will no longer be counted on any membership |
1918 | Exit for homeschool | Student exiting district and going to home schooling |
1919 | Transfer to a charter | Student exiting district and going to charter school out of district |
1921 | Graduation with a diploma | Student exiting district and has graduated or received a diploma |
1922 | Completed with other credentials (proof of GED) | Student completed high school, but not by obtaining a diploma |
1923 | Died or is permanently incapacitated | Student has died or is permanently incapacitated |
1924 | Exited due to illness (not transferred) | Student exiting district, has withdrawn due to illness and will no longer be counted on any membership |
1925 | Suspension | Student has been suspended |
1926 | Reached maximum age for services | Student exiting district and has reached maximum age for services |
1927 | Dropout – discontinued schooling | Student exiting district and is a drop out |
1928 | Completed grade 12 but did not meet grad requirements | Student exiting district, has completed grade 12 but does not meet requirements to receive diploma and graduate |
1930 | Exit to enroll in post secondary early admission program | Student exiting district, enrolled in a postsecondary early admission program, but is not receiving services from the district |
1931 | Not enrolled, unknown status, short-term only | Student exiting district. Student not presently enrolled and exit reason is unknown at this time. |
3499 | Not enrolled, receives services, not from accredited site | Student receiving education services from the district, but not from a specific accredited site |
3500 | Enrolled in adult education or training program | Student exiting district and enrolled in an adult education or training program |
3501 | Exited by completing state vocational program | Student exiting district by completing a state-recognized vocational education program |
3502 | Exiting district but eligible to return | Student exiting district, but is eligible to return |
3503 | Enrolled in a foreign exchange program | Student exiting district to participate in a foreign exchange program |
3504 | Exited under the compulsory age to attend | Student exiting district and is under the age for compulsory attendance (student is age 5 or younger) |
3505 | Grade level change | General code to be used when modifying a student's record in the district |
3508 | Exit to attend charter school within district | Student exiting one site and going to charter school in same district |
3509 | Received state recognized equivalency certificate | Student exiting district having received a state-recognized equivalency certificate |
9999 | Other | Other |
