The Literacy Materials element of the (DN) Organization General Information Record is updated based on the most recent Ohio Department of Education and Workforce documentation.

(FA) Student Assessment Update

(FA) Student Assessment Record is updated per the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce as follows:

• OELPA Test Type (GF) added valid grade levels, assessment areas of RECE and PROD to test type of ALT and limited Performance Level 5 as not applicable for the ALT OELPA.

• Move Test Type GB to obsolete.

• Move Assessment Areas to obsolete for RD and DS. Change the wording on CAIR and CADI as well.

• Add valid score options for RD/DS. Change wording on MED score.

• Remove Score Not Reported reason of R from the GM record. Change wording on option B as well.

• Add Performance Level for GA Test Type.

• Add GY CTE Technical Assessments.

• Adjust the RD/DS Delete feature wording to the appropriate test type indicator.

• Adjust WorkKeys (WK) valid score options to include 065-090.

(GI) Student Demographic Update

The (GI) Student Demographic is updated per the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce with the following:

• Remove Social Security Number fields

• Add Local Use Identification Code with the Student_Number

• Display the EMIS Student ID Prefix if applicable to the current EMIS Student ID display

• Change field name for Student Home Language to Student Language Other Than English and add four new valid options of KEA, PRS, QUC and RHG.
