MSIS 2.0: K12 Student Update

K12 Student Version: 1.4

Additional Reference: PSSR-370148

The K12 Student Resource is updated. The mapping of Entry and Exit Codes in the Enrollment section is no longer hard-coded. They are mapped to the Reported Value defined in the Code Sets. This allows district administrators to manage entry and exit codes and align them with district-specific requirements.

Set up the Reported Value under the Entry and Exit Codes.

Refer to Additional District Setup for Entry and Exit Codes in the State Reporting online help.

Steps to update the Reported Value of the Code Sets for state reporting:

  1. Under System Management, Data, click Code Sets.
Classic Navigation: District Setup, Code Sets

  2. In the Code Sets list, select the code set you want, for example, Entry Codes.

  3. Under Action, click Edit. The drawer appears.

  4. In the Reported Value field, enter the value required for state reporting.

  5. Click Submit.

  6. Repeat steps 3 to 5 until all code sets are updated.
