Ed-Fi – Support for MSDS School Facility Number Override in DEX Publishing

Resolved an issue where students in virtual programs with an MSDS School Facility Number Override set on the MI School Demographics page were not publishing in MIDataHub. The update ensures DEX publishing honors the override value for state reporting, even when the school itself does not have a School Facility Number, matching expected state reporting behavior.

Ed-Fi – Elementary School Not Publishing and Organization Page Error

Resolved an issue where an elementary school was not publishing in MI Ed-Fi despite being set up and not excluded from state reporting. Attempts to unselect the school on the Organizations page caused an ORA-01400 error in the diagnostic viewer, preventing changes from being saved. The update ensures schools publish as expected and organization changes save without errors.
