All States: Updates to the Discipline Incident Letter

Discipline Incident Letter (Version: 1.4)

The Discipline Incident Letter has been updated to include all the objects associated with an Incident. Previously, the report only pulled the objects marked as State Reportable.

Ed-Fi: Dependency message appears when publishing Demographics resolved.

District of Residence records, when publishing, appear in the dependency section even after satisfying the dependency condition, is been resolved. The DOR records will go to dependency when the Section 52 FTE or Section 53 FTE has a value and the Include Special Education Data in MSDS Reporting flag is not checked. The Section 52 FTE and Section 53 FTE should be 0 if the data is not for reporting.

The major version on General Collection EOY and Early Childhood EOP are updated from 2023-2024 to 2024-2025.
The Collection ID is updated:

- Early Childhood EOP from “275” to “287”
