2025-26 English Learner and Immigrant and UI Updates

The following changes are made to the student Title III English Learner and Immigrant page:

• Rohingya (rhg) is added to the primary and three home language fields.

• Code ‘04-Sheltered Instruction Observation Protocol (SIOP)’ from LEP Instructional Program is moved to the DO NOT USE section of the list.

The Consequence Days text on the Log Entries pages is updated to “Consequence Days (Minimum 0.5, Rounded to Tenths Decimal):” to indicate what information reports in the General Collection file.
