PSSR-454576	Alternative Education Records with a Start Date in a Previous Year	Alternative Education records should be ended each year, and a new one created for the new year if needed. Records with a start date in a previous year can now be seen in any school year regardless of start date. However, you will need to end the record in the same year it was created. With this fix, you can navigate to the year a record was created, select and end the record, and then create a new record for the current year.
PSSR-455296	Ed-Fi Framework: Resolved Incorrect 403 Error Issue	Ed-Fi school related records, such as calendars and schedules, now show as Error instead of Published when the Ed-Fi ODS rejects them. Note: This fix only affects records published after the latest update. Records already marked as Published before the update will stay on the Published dashboard.
