Attendance Profile Report: Version 1.11

The Attendance Profile Report has received the following updates:

• The report will now display appropriately when a student has no absences or tardies.

• The report will now correctly display the total tardy count in the header for each student.

The Hep B CDC compliance logic has been updated and now the minimum time intervals between doses will all honor the four-day grace period.

The Meningococcal (MenACWY) CDC compliance logic has been updated and students who received their first dose on or after the age of 16 will now be marked as compliant.

The Office Visit Clinic report has been updated and now the report will sort output records by date.

All States/Provinces: Student Birthday List Report Updates

Student Birthday List Report: Version 1.3

The Student Birthday List is updated with a new parameter, Include Inactive Students, with a default value of No. Any student with an exit date before the current date will be considered inactive and will not be included in the report.

This update aligns the report's calculation of months with the compliance rules in the system, where 28 days is considered one month with a four-day grace period. The report and the Health page now show consistent compliance statuses for the Polio vaccine.

• A checkbox with the input label, Primary Contact is added to the page Program Contacts

  • Navigation: Start Page, Select Staff, Compliance, Program Contacts

• The field is added to the New Idaho Program Contact and Edit Idaho Program Contact pages after the Job Title field

• The field is also added as a column on the Program Contacts page

• This field is selected by default which corresponds to Y

The Program Contact Report now includes a data collection option to mark a staff as the primary contact. This enables the PrimaryContact field in the report to accurately reflect whether a staff member is a primary contact.
