Student Attendance Report - Absence Reason Logic Enhancements

Student Daily Attendance Report: Version 6.0

Absence reason logic has been updated to not report NA when the attendance field in the report has a value greater than 0. This will apply to calendar types for which attendance is reported in hours.

Additionally, if a student has excused absence for some periods and unexcused absence for other periods on the same day, then absence reason will be reported as follows.

• If the count of unexcused absence is more than the excused absence, UA will be reported as the absence reason

• If the count of excused absence is more than or equal to unexcused absence, EA will be reported as the absence reason
